02Prepaid balance refunds
Unused prepaid balance may be refunded at any time upon request. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Cryptocurrency payments are refunded in the original cryptocurrency at the current exchange rate.
03Used traffic
Traffic that has already been consumed is non-refundable. The consumed amount is calculated from our usage logs, which are available in your dashboard for verification.
04Monthly plan refunds
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current billing period. Pro-rated refunds for partial months are available upon request.
