Launch and go to profile management.

Yes. AdsPower randomizes the fingerprint for each profile automatically, but the proxy country should match that fingerprint's timezone and language. When bulk-importing via CSV, group the KnoxProxy list by country and assign geo-matched blocks instead of random rows, so the IP and the fingerprint on each profile tell the same story.
